Monitoring patients at risk of falls

Our falls prevention service highlights patients at most risk of a fall.

Patients are sent a series of questions around how they are feeling, if they have experienced any dizziness, if they have had any falls and how they are doing with their exercise plans.

Patients can choose to relay the information via a communication channel of choice. These include SMS, the My Inhealthcare app, an automated telephone call or online. The service is simple to use and works for patients of all technical abilities as well as those without the internet or access to a smartphone.
