Mental health My Possible Self: The Mental Health App

My Possible Self is a mobile and web app - available on Android, iOS and your favourite browser - clinically proven to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people living with stress, anxiety and low mood. 

My Possible Self: The Mental Health App combines clinically-proven content, which has been developed and extensively tested by the Black Dog Institute, a world-renowned leader in e-mental health research, with an engaging and user-friendly interface.

In 2018 My Possible Self joined the NHS DigitalHealth.London Accelerator programmeas 1 of 5 businesses selected from hundreds of entries, which aims to speed up the adoption of technology in London’s NHS services - relieving high pressure on current services and empowering patients to manage their health.

My Possible Self is also featured in the NHS App Library as a trusted digital platform, and on Good Thinking - an NHS-approved wellbeing service, supported by NHS England and Public Health England.

Users can privately express daily thoughts, feelings and experiences through photographs and writing, and rate each activity with an emoji to match their mood.
