My Possible Self is a mobile and web app - available on Android and iOS - clinically proven to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people living with stress, anxiety and low mood.
My Possible Self combines clinically-proven content, which has been developed and extensively tested by the Black Dog Institute, a world-renowned leader in e-mental health research, with an engaging and user-friendly interface.
In 2018 My Possible Self joined the NHS DigitalHealth.London Accelerator programme, as 1 of 5 businesses selected from hundreds of entries, which aims to speed up the adoption of technology in London’s NHS services - relieving high pressure on current services and empowering patients to manage their health.
My Possible Self is also featured in the NHS App Library as a trusted digital platform, and on Good Thinking - an NHS-approved wellbeing service, supported by NHS England and Public Health England.
