Our winning partnership with Health Call offers health and care providers the best of both worlds – the clinical insights of the NHS and the feature-rich functionality of Inhealthcare’s software platform. Health Call is a pioneering collaboration of seven hospital trusts in the North East and North Cumbria for sharing proven digital health solutions across England.

The latest example is the new integrated Digital Outpatient’s Portal which enables outpatient clinic processes to be managed digitally and offers much more than video conferencing. It allows outpatient teams to manage a combination of face-to-face, telephone and video consultations, oversee clinic workflow and capture data on clinical outcomes.  All of this seamlessly integrates with existing patient systems so the entire outpatient process can be managed digitally. Health Call is working with County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust which designed and developed the product in collaboration with Inhealthcare.
