Inhealthcare by Resmed is delighted to announce the appointment of Amy Frith as customer success manager, supporting NHS partners in realising the full potential of digital health innovation.

Building on our heritage as pioneers in digital health and our position within the Resmed family, Amy’s appointment reflects our commitment to ensuring every NHS partner can clearly demonstrate the impact of their digital health services – whether that’s bed days saved, clinical time freed up, or improved patient outcomes. After a successful five-year tenure in account management at Inhealthcare, Amy brings extensive industry knowledge of healthcare operations and technology implementation to her new role.

“When I saw this opportunity, it ignited something in me,” says Amy. “I can use my experience across all our customers to understand what success means for each of them and help demonstrate the impact we’re delivering together.”

Customer success means tailoring how we measure and communicate value to each NHS partner’s unique objectives. For some, that’s quantifying virtual ward benefits and efficiencies. For others, it’s demonstrating how remote monitoring across respiratory care, sleep health, cardiovascular conditions, obesity and diabetes delivers measurable improvements in patient care and clinical capacity.

“We’re making our technical expertise more accessible to customers,” Amy explains. “It’s about translating what we do into terms that clearly show the value we’re delivering to NHS partners and patients.”

This strategic focus on customer success will help NHS partners build compelling evidence for digital health investment, share best practices across services, and continuously improve how technology supports patient care wherever they are. Amy adds: “This represents a significant step forward in how we partner with NHS organisations. With the backing of Resmed and our growing platform capabilities, we’re positioned to make an even greater impact on healthcare delivery across the UK.”

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, particularly around the dinner table where her Italian heritage means food is always a central part of family gatherings. She stays active with Pilates three times a week and can often be found watching Formula 1 racing with her partner from their newly renovated bungalow.
