This nomination recognises our ongoing collaboration in delivering virtual wards across Leeds and West Yorkshire – enabling more patients to receive safe, effective care from the comfort of their own homes.
Virtual wards are a key part of the government’s newly launched 10-year plan for the NHS, and we’re proud to be at the forefront of helping bring that vision to life.
Earlier this year, we were proud to win the HSJ Award for Best Provider of Digital Healthcare Services, so it’s an honour to be recognised once again for our commitment to innovation and improving care delivery.
