We’re thrilled to share that our digital rheumatology and pain service, developed in partnership with Royal United Hospitals (RUH) Bath and UCB, has been highly commended in the category of ‘Most Promising Pilot’ at the HTN Awards 2025.

This recognition celebrates the fantastic collaboration between Royal United Hospitals (RUH) Bath, UCB and Inhealthcare, bringing together clinical expertise and digital innovation to create a service that is improving patient access to rheumatology care and helping clinicians manage growing demand more efficiently.

Launched in 2024, the service supports people living with a range of rheumatology conditions to better manage their health from home. Patients can record symptoms, share health information and access trusted educational resources, all designed to empower them to take an active role in their care.

For clinicians, the service provides an intuitive digital hub to monitor patients remotely, identify those who need support, and reduce unnecessary face-to-face appointments. This smarter, data-driven approach is already helping to improve clinic capacity and speed up access to care for new patients.

We’re soon to receive the full evaluation results with early findings highlighting benefits for both patients and clinicians, including improved efficiency and a better overall experience of care.

With such encouraging progress, the aim is to extend the digital rheumatology service to more clinics across the UK, supporting even more people to access timely care and live well with their condition.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone involved and delighted that this innovative approach has been recognised by the HTN Awards.
