My Inhealthcare brings convenience to citizens while helping to relieve pressures on busy NHS services
My Inhealthcare, available on the App Store and Google Play connects citizens directly to their healthcare professional, meaning citizens can manage their health on the go.
Readings which can include blood pressure, heart rate, weight, INR and blood glucose are sent to a healthcare professional, removing the need to attend appointments. The app supports the two way flow of communication between the citizen and clinician.
My Inhealthcare brings convenience to citizens while helping to relieve pressures on busy NHS services.
My Inhealthcare can be used for a range of conditions. It is currently being used for atrial fibrillation, thrombosis, diabetes, wound management, smoking cessation, obesity and the tracking of vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, heart rate and SpO2.
Inhealthcare has a library of over 50 digital health services across a range of clinical settings. Our services are co-designed with our NHS customers and My Inhealthcare can be used with any new digital health service that is launched onto the library.
The app includes a medication reminder and scheduled appointment reminder service, allowing patients to keep all important information in one handy place.
My Inhealthcare integrates with leading GP systems meaning readings are visible to the care team. If readings fall outside of parameters alerts are generated to make intervention where necessary.
The app is activated by a secure token which is generated by the GP from within the patient record, meaning registering patients onto services can be done with one click referral.
Patients use a secure and memorable 6 digit login code to access the app, which complies with e-GIF Level 3 information governance standards.
