Patients are sent details of their appointment date and given guidance to follow in the days prior to the examination. The service also sends out a digital assessment to ensure the pre exam instructions are being followed.
The patient must accept the instructions and in a case of non-compliance, the clinical team is alerted. This gives the clinical teams foresight into do not attends or cancelled appointments.
The patient can choose their preferred method to be contacted. This can include SMS, the My Inhealthcare app, online or automated telephone calls.
