The Professional Services department within Inhealthcare is responsible for building cloud based digital health services on the Inhealthcare digital health platform. We work with a multitude of technologies, and our development processes have a high degree of rigour and automation, enabling us to design, build, test, and deliver new services at pace.

Working as part of a service delivery team, you will develop and implement high quality digital health services using the Inhealthcare Toolkit to agreed deadlines.

Key responsibilities will include but are not restricted to the following:

  • Build high quality services to agreed specifications and deadlines

  • Work collaboratively within a project teams using agile methodologies

  • Participate in sprint planning, sprint demos and retrospectives


The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent problem solving capabilities with the ability to become expert in the Inhealthcare Toolkit
  • Some background experience in programming and able to write clear concise code
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work to tight timescales
  • A fast learner with the ability to pick up new skills quickly
  • Must be flexible and work as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively communicate, co-ordinate, and work with other departments
  • Attention to detail



The employee is responsible for ensuring that they are aware of the security policies and procedures of the Information Security Management System (ISO27001) and how these specifically relate to the information resources they have access to.

All security events, whether suspected or actual, must be reported immediately to the Information Security Manager on detection, without exception, including underperforming or broken processes that may lead to information leakage or a security breach.

Responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with their requirements including:

  • Ensuring that they fully understand and execute their responsibilities under the QMS (ISO9001)

  • Ensuring that they know and understand the company Quality Policy

  • Informing their Department Managers of any quality issues of concern

  • Ensuring that they adhere to best practice
