Remotely monitor those at risk of a fall with Inhealthcare’s falls prevention service
Our falls prevention service enables patients at risk of a fall to be monitored remotely, reducing the need for regular face to face appointments or home visits. Patients can answer a series of clinically determined safety questions via an automated telephone call, SMS, email or mobile app – My Inhealthcare. These can include questions about balance, home exercise plan completion and any falls they may have had.
All readings are fed directly into the patient record with clinical system integration. If readings fall outside of pre-set clinical parameters, an alert is generated to the appropriate care team for timely intervention.
